Telephone Consultation (15-20 minutes) - FREE

Before your first session, we’ll have a free telephone consultation to chat about what’s going on for you. It’s a chance for me to understand the issue and gather the information I need so we can make the most of your first hypnotherapy session and start working on your goals straight away.​

 

Single Session (50-60 minutes) - £50.00

​A personalised one-off session, ideal for a specific focus or as a top-up to previous work.

Three-Session (50-60 minutes per session) - £130.00

Great for building momentum and making meaningful progress.​​​

Six-Session (50-60 minutes per session) - £240.00

Six-Session Package – Best value for deeper, longer-term change or working through more complex issues.​​​

Each session includes gentle relaxation, guided visualisation, and practical tools tailored to your needs. We’ll talk through the options after your consultation and decide what’s right for you. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch—I'm always happy to help.

T&C's Sessions and Fees The initial consultation is free and lasts approximately 15–20 minutes. Sessions typically last around 1 hour. Any time exceeding the allocated session may incur additional fees. Fees are clearly stated on the website and may be subject to change at any time. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment date and time. Payment methods accepted are Bank Transfer or PayPal. Bank details and invoices are available upon request. Both therapist and client are responsible for ensuring suitable technology and a strong Wi-Fi connection for online sessions. In case of technological issues, reconnection attempts will be made during the session. Should a complete technological failure occur, the session will be rescheduled. In some cases, the client may need to obtain permission (e.g., from a healthcare professional) before beginning hypnotherapy. If the client is undergoing medical treatment, a diagnosis should be sought where possible, and health professionals may be informed of the hypnotherapy treatment with the client’s consent. Cancellation Clients have the right to cancel any session via phone, email, text, or online in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, the full session fee will be charged. The therapist reserves the right to retain 100% of the fee if less than 24 hours’ notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling. Refund requests for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be processed via direct bank payment within 5 working days of the request. In the event of an emergency cancellation by the therapist, as much notice as possible will be given, and either a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.
